Your satisfaction is our top priority. That is why, in accordance with Swiss online trading laws, we offer you the right of withdrawal if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased for any reason.
Within 14 days of receiving the product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product without having to provide a reason. This period starts from the date of delivery of the product. Please ensure that you do not exceed this deadline for return.
The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Please contact our customer service for more information on the return procedure.
After the return process is completed, the amount for the returned product will be refunded to you according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing time for the refund may vary depending on banks.
